Eviction Management
The process of evicting a client follows a protocol that requires care.
We issue the requisite notice Under Section 21 of The Housing Act 1988, to evict tenants that are under an AST.
We will apply a notice to evict and then follow up with the actual possession order with the courts. We will endeavour to gain any money arrears via applying for a ‘money judgment’.
